Where we ship
All orders are dispatched from Brussels, Belgium.
- We ship to all 27 European Union member states.
- We do not ship outside the European Union at this stage.
Dispatch & lead times
- In-stock pieces: dispatched within 2–6 working days.
- Pre-order pieces: when a piece is offered for pre-order (a new edition arriving shortly), it ships by the estimated date shown at checkout, within 15 days. See our Terms (§7) for how pre-orders and the waitlist work.
Once your piece is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery times & rates
Standard delivery is free on orders of €250 and above. Otherwise, shipping costs depend on your destination and are calculated and shown at checkout, before any payment. Express service, where available, is priced and shown the same way.

Express service is available subject to carrier confirmation at the time of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, public holidays).
Carriers
We ship via Sendcloud and our carrier partners ([e.g. bpost, DHL, GLS âš‘]).
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. All shipments are traceable in real time.

Careful packaging
Your order travels in a protective neutral outer carton, designed to keep the GJvS presentation intact inside: the white magnetic box, the fabric pouch, the crystal paper sleeve, and the illustrated authenticity card.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Please photograph the outer carton before opening it, and tell us promptly. We’ll resolve it at no cost to you — see our Returns & Refunds page for how this works.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable through no fault of ours, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping costs may apply.
